🔄 Return & Refund Policy (Tour & Turf)

আমাদের গ্রাহকদের সন্তুষ্টি আমাদের প্রথম অগ্রাধিকার। তাই আপনার অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য গ্রহণ করার পর যদি কোনো কারণে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে চান, তাহলে নিচের নীতিমালা প্রযোজ্য হবে।

⚠️ অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যান উপস্থিত থাকা অবস্থায় প্যাকেট খুলে চেক করতে হবে। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

১. চেঞ্জ অফ মাইন্ড (Change of Mind)

• ওয়েবসাইট, ফেসবুক বা আমাদের হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে দেয়া বিজ্ঞাপনের ছবি/ভিডিওর সাথে প্রোডাক্ট মিল থাকলেও, যদি আপনার মনে হয় প্রোডাক্টটি নিতে চান না বা মত পরিবর্তন হয়, তাহলে আপনি ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করে প্রোডাক্টটি ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে সাথে সাথেই ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।

  
  

২. ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট

• যদি প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে আমরা রিটার্ন/রিপ্লেসমেন্টের ব্যবস্থা করব। প্রোডাক্টটি ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে সাথে সাথেই ফেরত দিতে হবে।

• এই ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ আপনাকে বহন করতে হবে না।

• ⚠️ তবে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে প্যাকেট খুলে দেখাতে হবে।

  
  

৩. ব্যবহার করা পণ্য

• ব্যবহৃত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

  
  

৪. রিফান্ড নীতি

• চেঞ্জ অফ মাইন্ড এর ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়, শুধুমাত্র প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের মাধ্যমে ফেরত দেয়া যাবে।

• ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন হলে রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রদান করা হবে।

  
  

৫. যোগাযোগ

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you wish to return a product after receiving it, the following policy applies:

⚠️ You must open and check the product in front of the delivery man. Once the delivery man leaves, no complaints will be accepted.

1. Change of Mind

• If the product matches the advertisement (photo/video) shown on our website, Facebook, or WhatsApp, but you decide not to take it or simply change your mind, you may return the product immediately to the delivery man by paying the delivery charge.

  
  

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

• If the product is delivered in a damaged condition or the wrong product is received, we will arrange for a return or replacement. return the product immediately to the delivery man.

• In this case, you do not need to pay any delivery charge.

• ⚠️ However, you must show the issue to the delivery man while he is present.

  
  

3. Used Products

• Products that are used or intentionally damaged are not eligible for return.

  
  

4. Refund Policy

• In case of “Change of Mind”, refunds are not applicable. You can only return the product to the delivery man at the time of delivery by paying the delivery charge.

• If a damaged or wrong product is returned, we will issue a refund or replacement.
